Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
Appwurx, LLC ("Appwurx", "we") is building software that helps small businesses launch their own branded mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Our product is in early development.
Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email address, business name and branding), information that businesses enter into the platform about their own customers, appointments and orders, and basic technical data such as device type and log information needed to run the service. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, send account and transactional emails (for example booking confirmations and reminders), process payments, answer questions, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our behalf. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Business customers' data
When a business uses Appwurx, it controls the information it enters about its own customers. We process that information for the business to provide the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@appwurx.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Retention and security
We keep information while an account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Appwurx is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
